What are Camping Pubs?

Camping pubs can take a couple of different formats. Some have actual campsites attached to the pub with full campsite facilities and will be charged as a normal campsite.

However those we have listed here are pubs that allow people with campervans to sleep in their carpark for the night. This is a great option if you have been exploring the surrounding area and fancy proper pub food without the travel.  Normally camping pubs only ask that you have at least a drink in their pub in return for camping in the carpark - we would recommend checking with each pub in advance.

The downside, there are no facilities - you need to ensure you make use of the facilities prior to closing, and move on in the morning.
